edu4talents for learners integrates ICT competency trainings with courses providing practical language skills, remedial learning in obligatory and vocational subjects, workshops improving team-working skills, competition, resourcefulness as well as careers advising or consultancy leading to defining and improving predispositions towards learners' education and professional career. Innovative forms of education based on using video-conference platforms as well as e-learning, provide an opportunity to not only make knowledge acquisition more attractive but also to manage costs and time more efficiently and effectively. Thanks to edu4talents, youth may acquire competencies allowing them to function easily within the information society and preparing them to use computer and communication technologies at their future work.

Edu4talents includes the following educational services intended for learners: :

IT courses

that are based on international certification systems help learners with acquiring and developing competencies at any level, independently on the skills already acquired by learners. The IT courses include a broad knowledge in using computers, IT tools, spreadsheets, computer networks services and applying computer techniques. Such tools as video conferences or e-learning are practically applied at courses delivered in a form of workshops. Thanks to the wide variety of areas, modules and levels, certified competencies can be flexibly adjusted to learners' skills and knowledge.

Vocational courses

are based on directives issued by the EU and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. They are also developed and standardised as a part of international professional certification frameworks. These courses are aimed especially at learners of vocational schools and technical secondary schools. The trainings are to complement the offer of vocational education with workshops covering subjects meeting the current needs of the labour market. The courses are combined with internships and apprenticeships providing learners with opportunities to gain experience in their professional field and to determine if they have necessary skills required in a particular career. Selected courses are completed by exams. Due to this fact, learners are given international certificates confirming their acquisition of particular competencies. A lot of multimedia and the e-learning platform are applied in the trainings.
